Software Developer
Agriocom (NA3Ventures India) is a developer, manufacturer, and consultancy firm focused on AI enabled precision farming devices and intelligent software solutions. Our product portfolio includes wireless irrigation automation systems and advanced greenhouse control platforms that combine IoT, data, and software engineering to optimize agricultural productivity.
Role Overview
We are looking for a rockstar Full-Stack AI Software Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, strong engineering fundamentals, and a high aptitude for problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the frontend and backend, has solid mathematical and analytical skills, and is keen to leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance software development.
We are mobile-first in our product thinking and execution. Our platforms are designed primarily for mobile usage in real-world agricultural environments, where performance, reliability, and offline-tolerant behavior are critical.
You will work closely with a small team of highly talented engineers and product teams to build scalable, reliable, and intelligent software systems powering Agriocom’s precision agriculture platforms.
We are highly aggressive in our development approach and looking for someone who is ready to hustle and believe in fast learning to start delivering quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile-first full-stack applications with high performance and reliability
Build responsive and maintainable frontend components using Vue.js or equivalent JavaScript frameworks for App and Web
Ensure excellent mobile UX, responsiveness, and performance under real-world field conditions
Design and implement robust backend services and APIs
Architect and optimize caching strategies using Redis to improve performance and scalability
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance
Develop and integrate systems using MongoDB, Redis, and message/queue-based architectures (e.g., MQTT)
Deploy, monitor, and operate applications on AWS
Actively explore and adopt AI-assisted software development practices to improve productivity and code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, IoT, and product engineering
Our developers takes pride in owning end-to-end ownership - From design, development, testing and supporting the applications developed by them.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
Strong mathematical, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills
Engineering degree (Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with Vue.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
Solid understanding of backend architecture, gRPC, RESTful APIs, and data modelling
Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres)
Experience with MongoDB, Redis cache, messaging/queuing solutions (preferably MQTT), and AWS cloud services
Strong appreciation for mobile-first design principles and responsive web development
High learning aptitude and strong engineering fundamentals
Good to Have
Prior experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.ai, Amazon Kiro, Codex, or similar platforms
Exposure to mobile app development, PWA, or hybrid mobile frameworks
Experience with IoT-centric systems, real-time data processing, or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native application design

We are looking for high-potential Software Engineering Interns who love building real systems—not just academic projects.
This is not a typical internship. You will:
· Work on real production systems
· Build mobile-first applications used in the field
· Contribute to AI + IoT platforms

What You Will Work On
· Build mobile-first full-stack applications
· Develop frontend using modern JS frameworks (Vue.js or similar)
· Create backend APIs and services
· Work with real-world data (sensor, irrigation, environmental data)

· Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
